1. Check Upon Delivery

   • Any issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

   • Once the payment is completed, refund is not applicable.

   • Exchanges may be allowed in specific cases, subject to approval.

3. Return Eligibility

   • Bras and lingerie sets may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:

     • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

     • The original tags, packaging, and receipt are intact.

4. Panty Return Restriction

   • Panties cannot be returned or exchanged once tried or worn, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

   • Please ensure you select the correct size before purchase.

5. Other Non-Returnable Items

   • Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.

   • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

   • Refunds are not available once payment is done.

   • Approved exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.
